The Last Disruptor: A book for kids and their adults

If you’re looking for a book that you and your kid can share, open up The Last Disruptor, by R.D. Varnon.

It’s the story of Branden “Crate” Barnes, a 10-year-old boy who loves telling stories even though they get him in trouble. Turns out Crate lives on a world where stories are discouraged because they can sometimes come true on another Earth.

Crate will learn that his planet is connected to an Earth from another dimension and that the worlds are in danger of colliding and his stories might be the key to saving them or destroying them.

The Last Disruptor is one of those stories that can be enjoyed by adults and children who prefer science fiction to fantasy. It has elements of nostalgia for those who grew up in the pre-smart phone days, but also should appeal to kids who like to read about children who are smart, loyal and determined to make a difference.

Check it out on Amazon in either electronic or paperback formats.
