I’m very excited to reveal the first-run cover for The Last Disruptor, the story of a boy who tells stories that can destroy or save worlds.
The Last Disruptor is about a boy with the unusual nickname, Crate, who lives in a world where telling stories is forbidden because it’s considered to be antithetical to creating a productive citizen. But he and his friends soon discover the real reason you’re not supposed to tell stories — they might come true on an Earth in another dimension.
This cover is much improved from the initial mock up. I do love the little boy’s shadow and how it appears to be a different older version of him. And there are important elements to the story captured in the cover.
